Porsche Prize draw Terms and Conditions
1) Employees of PKR Limited (PKR) and PKR Technologies Limited, their immediate families, agencies or any other party directly connected with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to participate in this prize draw. 2) This prize draw is not open to Residents of France who are not eligible to participate in it. 3) To participate and gain an entry to the prize draw, registered players can either make a deposit of $25 or more or submit an entry in accordance with section 6) below during April 2010. 4) Qualifying deposits can be made in increments of $10 or as one $25 deposit. Players who have previously made a deposit on PKR will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every $25 they deposit. Players making their first deposit on PKR will receive five (5) additional bonus entries for their first deposit of $25, subsequent deposits will only qualify for one (1) entry for every $25. 5) Partial deposits will not qualify for entries into the draw. For example a deposit of $30 in total in April 2010 will only qualify for one (1) entry into the prize draw. Multiple deposits of lots of $25 will qualify for multiple entries into the prize draw so, for example, a deposit of $50 in total in April 2010 will qualify for two (2) entries. 6) No deposit is necessary to enter the prize draw. Anyone who has registered with PKR, is aged 18 years or over and who satisfies PKR's other registration and real money play criteria can enter the prize draw by uploading a legible scan or photograph of his or her Photo ID (passport or driving license) and recent proof of his or her address (bank statement or utility bill) to PKR using this link https://accounts.pkr.com/UploadDocuments.aspx. To qualify, both uploaded documents must be accompanied by "car" in the "Please add a brief description" field on the upload page. Maximum of three (3) no deposit entries per player. 7) Only the following will be entered into the prize draw: (a) qualifying deposits received by PKR between 00:00:01 GMT on Thursday, 1 April 2010 and 23:59:59 GMT on Friday, 30 April 2010; or (b) entries submitted in accordance with section 6) above and received by PKR between 00:00:01 GMT on Thursday, 1 April 2010 and 23:59:59 GMT on Friday, 30 April 2010. Incomplete entries submitted under section 6) above will not be eligible for the prize draw. 8) Players suspected of deliberately re-depositing existing funds from their account or making an immediate withdrawal of funds which would otherwise qualify for prize draw entry will be viewed as abusing the spirit of this promotion. This may result in disqualification from the prize draw and in such player's deposit not qualifying for the prize draw, as well as possible exclusion from future offers. 9) The Winner will be drawn independently and at random from all qualifying entries. The draw will take place in presence of an independent adjudicator. 10) The draw will be made no later than Wednesday, 14 May 2010. 11) The Winner will be notified by email within 72 hours of the draw date. The Winner must claim the prize within 30 days of the date of the email notifying them that they have won it, by emailing car@pkr.com. If PKR does not receive the Winner's claim for the prize within such 30 day period, the prize and cash alternative will be withdrawn from that Winner, who will lose his entitlement to receive it, and the draw will be re-held. 12) All communications with the Winner will be sent to the registered email address which PKR holds for the Winner. PKR will not be responsible if any email notifying the Winner that they have been awarded the prize, or any other communication, fails to reach the Winner, including where there is systems failure or the email address held by PKR is out of date or incorrect. 13) The prize is not transferable. Only the player whose account the deposit was made to, or the person registered with PKR and to whom the details and information accompanying that person's entry in accordance with section 6) relate, will be entitled to receive the prize. 14) The Winner may be required to show evidence of identity including proof that the Winner is aged 18 years or over. If the Winner fails to provide the requisite evidence within 7 days of an email from PKR requesting it, or such evidence is not satisfactory to PKR, the prize and cash alternative will be withdrawn from that Winner, who will no longer be entitled to receive it, and the draw will be re-held. 15) There is one prize to be won which is a Porsche Cayman or a cash alternative. The car is provided to the basic specification only. Bespoke or upgraded features can be added at the Winner's request but only if the Winner pays for them in advance. Delivery of the car may take up to 12 months although adding bespoke or upgraded features may prolong the delivery time. The Winner can choose the car in left or right hand drive (subject to availability and to applicable manufacturer's terms and conditions) or if PKR does not receive the Winner's choice before PKR arranges for the car to be ordered, with the steering wheel on the normal side for the country of residence of the Winner as registered with PKR. 16) All images of the car appearing in PKR promotions or communications are shown for illustration purposes only and are not a representation of the prize. For example colours and specification may be different. 17) PKR will arrange for the car to be supplied to the Winner through an authorised Porsche dealership in the Winner's country of residence as registered with PKR, subject to any local legal requirements. It will be the responsibility of the Winner to liaise with the chosen authorised Porsche dealership, collect the car, obtain and provide appropriate documentation necessary to purchase the car and to ensure that they fulfil all necessary requirements to collect and own the car. PKR will meet the cost of purchasing the car and any VAT only. Any additional costs, taxes, insurance and charges will be the responsibility of the Winner. 18) PKR will not be responsible for the performance of the car or any mechanical or similar problems with it. The Winner should raise any such matters with the authorised Porsche dealership which supplied the car or with the manufacturer. 19) The cash alternative specified in section 20) will be awarded to the Winner in the following circumstances: (a) if PKR is not able to make the necessary arrangements to supply the car to the Winner for legal, regulatory or similar reasons; or (b) if the Winner elects to take the cash alternative instead of the car, before PKR makes arrangements for the authorised Porsche dealership to provide the car. 20) The cash alternative will be equivalent to the lower of the cost of purchasing the car from an authorised Porsche dealership selected by PKR: (a) in the UK (excluding UK VAT); or (b) in the country of residence of the Winner as registered with PKR (excluding VAT and all other taxes, import duties or similar). The cash alternative will be offered in USD and converted at the lower of the following Spot exchange rates quoted by the Bank of England: (i) on the date prize draw is held or; (ii) on the date PKR receives the request from the Winner to receive the cash alternative, where the cash alternative was requested by the Winner. Such cash alternative will be deposited in the player's PKR account. 21) In the event of any dispute, the decision of PKR Limited management is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 22) By participating in this promotion the Winner grants PKR the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation for a period of up to 12 months from the date of the prize draw. Winner may be required to undertake reasonable promotional activities on behalf of PKR for a period of 12 months following the prize draw. These activities may include, but are not limited to, public appearances, press conferences and interviews. PKR will cover all additional costs required in fulfilling this obligation. 23) A list of the Winners will be available on request by emailing car@pkr.com. All requests will be fulfilled within 14 days of receipt. 24) The Promoter of this prize draw is PKR Limited of Millennium House, Ollivier Street, St Anne, Alderney, GY9 3TD. 25) This prize competition is governed by English law and PKR entrants agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
