Bracelet Quest Terms and Conditions

Bracelet Crusader Package

1. All online players that have qualified for the Bracelet Crusader Final through earning the required VIP points or through the €20K Super League will receive a Specific Tournament Ticket on the morning of the Bracelet Crusader Final.
2. All Players that earn at least 12000 VIP points between 1st – 29th April will receive a €100+ €10 tournament ticket to Bracelet Crusader Final on 1st May and all players that earn 12000 VIP points between 1st -30th May will receive a €100+€10 ticket to Bracelet Crusader Final on 1st June.
3. Players must supply registration details to Unibet by Monday 3rd June 2011 to guarantee entry into the WSOP events if they win a Bracelet Crusade Package
4. Players that are unable to play in a registered side event due to further progression in one of the other registered side events will receive the buy in value back in cash into their Unibet Poker accounts.
5. Players unable to play in an event for any reason other than progressing in one of the registered side events will not receive their buy in value back.
6. Players will receive 14 nights at The Palazzo from 7th June 2010. This is on a room only basis for the player plus one guest. No breakfast is included. Players will be responsible for all additional charges to their room – mini-bar, etc. Players will be expected to present a credit card on arrival at The Palazzo to cover any extras.
7. Players will be responsible for their own travel to Las Vegas for the event and to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification.
8. Players must give details of their table/seat numbers for the WSOP side event they are registered in to the Unibet representatives in Las Vegas and agree to wear a WSOP badge so players can be identified during the live event.
9. Players will receive their travel money in their account by 3rd June 2011 and their spending money in Euros at the welcome party on the 7th June.
10. No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the Final, the prize for which is a Package to the top two winners.
11. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by Unibet whose decision shall be final.
12. If a player is unable to obtain necessary travel documentation such as a Visa by the required date then they will be offered an alternative €16,000 package which will include buy-in to 3 Unibet Open packages and €8,500 of cash.
13. By entering the "Bracelet Crusader" Online Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes including any photos or video footage taken of the player.
14. By entering the "Bracelet Quest" Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear Unibet apparel (hats and/or T‐Shirts) if provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Unibet management.
15. The winner of a seat at the Bracelet Crusader Online Satellites and/or Final tournament cannot sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and Unibet will not award cash in lieu of a seat at the Bracelet Quest Online Tournament or land based Final.
16. Unibet management reserves the right to deny entry to Bracelet Crusader Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
17. Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments. Players must be 21 years old to take part in any WSOP side event.
18. Unibet shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in any WSOP side events.

Bracelet Hunter Package

1. Unibet is offering a "Bracelet Hunter package" to Vegas 2011 under the management of Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) and Unibet.
2. Players must supply registration details and specify the events they wish to participate to Unibet by Monday 13th June 2011 to guarantee entry into the WSOP events if they win a Bracelet Hunter Package. If a player fails to do so they will automatically be entered into the Event 50 worth $5,000.
3. Players will receive 10 nights at The Palazzo from 23rd June 2010. This is on a room only basis for the player plus one guest. No breakfast is included. Players will be responsible for all additional charges to their room – mini-bar, etc. Players will be expected to present a credit card on arrival at The Palazzo to cover any extras.
4. Players must supply all requested hotel information – double or twin room, name of guest etc, – by Monday 13 June 2011 or they will be allocated their hotel room based on the minimum information.
5. Players who have already arranged their accommodation in Las Vegas for the WSOP will have the option to transfer their room at The Palazzo to a guest/friend. No cash or other compensation will be given if players do not require hotel accommodation. The name of the guest/friend MUST be supplied to Unibet by Monday 13th June 2011.
6. If any player wins two Bracelet Hunter packages, they will be offered a $10,000 buy-in to the WSOP Main Event on 7th July plus $500 cash OR the opportunity to create a bespoke package based on either the Vegas Poker Package or the Vegas Experience to the value of $21,000 OR the opportunity to transfer their 2nd package win to a partner/friend. There will be no cash alternative available to this value. All decisions must be made by the player to the Unibet organisers by Monday 13 June 2011 or the 2nd package win will be forfeited.
7. If a player wins three or more Bracelet Hunter packages, those packages will be forfeited.
8. It is the individual Bracelet Hunter winner‘s responsibility to provide the necessary information to the Unibet representative for their registration for each WSOP events by Monday 13th June 2011.
9. It is the individual winner‘s responsibility to organise their travel to Las Vegas for the event and to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Players will be credited with $1,500 for their travel expenses.
10. Players that win a "Bracelet Hunter Package" will receive their spending money in US dollars on Friday 24th June 2011 at a welcome party organised by Unibet. Time/venue will be supplied to players nearer the time of the event.
11. Winners must give details of their table/seat numbers for all WSOP events registered (as above) to the Unibet representatives in Las Vegas and agree to wear a VEGAS 2011 badge so players can be identified during the live event.
12. Players must agree to text the Unibet representatives in Las Vegas with their progress in the above tournaments and agree to be interviewed on their progress/results during the tournaments.
13. No cash awards will be made from satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a Package to each of the winners. The only way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by MPN, whose decision shall be final.
14. Unibet reserves the right to buy‐back entire Packages from players who have won a final Package for either of the Vegas 2011 events. The price payable by Unibet to buy‐back a Package will be €7,500.
15. By entering the Vegas 2011 satellites, players agree that their real names, aliases, locations and images can be used for promotional purposes.
16. By entering the Vegas 2011 online final or satellites, players agree that if they win a Bracelet Hunter Package, they will wear Unibet apparel if provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Unibet management.
17. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Unibet management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
18. The winner of a Bracelet Hunter Package through the 2011 Vegas online satellites and/or final tournament cannot sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and Unibet will not award cash in lieu of a seat in the Vegas 2011 online tournaments.
19. As in all online tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
20. The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
