Terms and Conditions

  • The promotion runs from 00:00 GMT on 1st December until 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2011.
  • Players must Opt In to be eligible for this promotion. A player can Opt In at any stage before or during the promotion and only those players who have Opted In by the close of the promotion will be eligible for any of the prizes or the prize draw.
  • To be eligible players must deposit/transfer at least €100 into their Casino account during the promotional period.
  • All Comp Points earned on real money games in the Casino during the promotion will be counted and all eligible players will either be awarded or notified of their prize no later than 4th January 2012.
  • Each player is eligible for only one of the 12 levels of prizes during this promotion, this being the highest level prize for which they have qualified. Receiving a prize does not affect a player's entry into the prize draw to win an Audi TT Roadster at the end of the promotion.
  • Players who are eligible to receive a cash prize will have it credited into their Casino account no later than 4th January 2012. Players will need to play through their prize amount 20 times prior to making a withdrawal.
  • Players who have won other prizes will be contacted and informed which prize they are eligible to receive. Players will then have 72 hours to decide whether they wish to receive the prize or the advertised cash alternative. Players who do not reply within 72 hours will be automatically credited with the cash alternative. Except in the case of Level 10, 11 and 12 prizes, players will need to play through their cash prize 20 times in the Casino prior to making a withdrawal.
  • In the case of Level 5 and 6 prizes, all qualifying players who are not resident in the UK will automatically be credited with the advertised cash alternative. Players will need to play through their prize 20 times in the Casino prior to making a withdrawal.
  • Level 7, 8 and 9 holiday prizes are all for two people. The New York trip includes return flights from London Heathrow and three nights at the 5* Ritz Carlton Hotel. The holiday to Cuba is for 14 nights, staying at the 5* all-inclusive Paradisus Royal Service resort, and includes return flights from London Heathrow. The holiday to The Maldives includes return flights from London Gatwick and is for 14 nights at the 5* all-inclusive Velassaru resort.
  • Players who are eligible for a holiday prize must take the trip before 30th June 2012. Booking details must be completed by 29th February 2012. If either of these conditions are not met then players will automatically be credited with the cash alternative. Any additional expenses incurred when taking any of the holiday trips are the sole responsibility of the player. Players are able to make their own travel arrangements to the destination. In this case, a travel budget will be allocated that is equal to the value of flights and transfers as detailed for each prize.
  • In the case of Level 10, 11 and 12 prizes, all cars come with standard features. Delivery within the UK is free. The shipping and export costs for non-UK players are the responsibility of the players themselves. Players can choose to receive the advertised cash alternatives instead of the cars. These sums are non-negotiable. The cash alternatives for these prizes carry no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn/transferred at the winner's discretion.
  • At the end of the promotion, all players who have qualified for a Level 3 prize or above will be entered into a random prize draw to win an Audi TT Roadster. This car comes with standard features. Delivery within the UK is free. The shipping and export costs for non-UK players are the responsibility of the players themselves. Players can choose to take a cash alternative if they wish. This sum is set at €20,000 and is non-negotiable. This cash alternative carries no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn/transferred at the player's discretion.
  • Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.
  • Only wagers made on Real Money games will contribute towards the wagering requirement. Wagers made with bonus, prize or rebate funds will not count towards the wagering requirement.
